In April 2023 a formal planning application for the development of 9 detached houses on a small parcel of land in our ownership at Fiddlers Lane, Lazonby was submitted. The application has been submitted to the new Westmorland and Furness Council planning authority and can be viewed on their planning portal under the reference 23/0254.
