At the recent sale of shares ending Friday, 15th November 2024 a total of 2,939 shares were sold out of a total of 11,184 which were available. They were sold at an average price of £18.93.
The Audit Committee and wider Board have taken the decision to appoint Saint & Co as the Group’s new statutory auditor. Armstrong Watson have duly resigned their position and the Board would like to thank all those involved for their work over the past few years.
